In this meditation you are guided through breath and visualization to a place where you will meet your guide or guides. The intention is yours to set; meeting a specific guide your know or a guide or teacher that you have not met before. This meditation can also be used to meet a guide that has been introduced to you through a unique, one of a kind Spirit Portrait co-created by Zelma Denise. You may also choose to use another image of a favorite guide to create a deeper connection.
